Part-Time Client Relationship Manager

The CRM oversees the relationship with each family we serve, from their first call or email to crafting a solution that fits their student’s needs, through making their experiences smooth and memorable.

Essential Duties

  • Direct the sales process of new and continuing student enrollees, providing optimal customer service leading to student success and retention.
  • Grow student enrollment in both group and individual programs
  • Assess and plan the programming for students and effectively communicate such to the parents, LEAP Instructional Admin, and the students’ instructors
  • Follow-up with clients after services with the assistance of a Virtual Assistant
  • Regular and reliable attendance and accessibility during normal working schedule via phone and at workstation to ensure clients and staff are responded to timely and proper documentation is completed   
  • Maintain accurate records across LEAP systems including, but not limited to, Google Workspace, LEAP Lens, and Bizstim
  • Coordinate with LEAP administrative assistants as needed to fulfill programming needs and delivery of service
  • Conduct local marketing initiatives primarily via webinars, including presenting to grow the business and quarterly be available after regular business hours to do so. 
  • Engage with our already established school and business partners. 
  • This position is also required to perform other related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and/or CEO. 

Education & Experience Requirements

  • 2- or 4-year college degree preferred 
  • 2 - 5 years of education, client services, management, account manager, or related experience preferred
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Workspace, ConvertKit, and Trello is a plus
  • Valid State Driver’s License and able to pass a background check
  • Location within 1 hour of Cincinnati, OH

  • Available to work additional hours during busy seasons, which will be compensated

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly position with bonus incentive, $25 per hour starting pay

Previous employee averaged 25 hours per week throughout the year

The role has a consistent schedule of the employee's choosing between 8:30 am and 5 pm daily
