Sheri Elmore, Vice President
Growing up in Cincinnati, graduating from Sycamore High School then Miami University, teaching high school mathematics for 12 years, and earning a master’s degree in educational administration from Wright State University, all paved the way for Sheri to be an integral leader at LEAP.
Sheri started with LEAP as a tutor in the early years of the company. She has added additional responsibilities over the years. In 2009, Sheri was elevated to Vice President of LEAP and serves as LEAP’s ACT-SAT Director. Sheri works closely with families to put together highly individualized testing timelines and prep plans for students to reach full testing potential.
Most days Sheri is found engaging with clients by phone, email and in-person presenting for LEAP and at local schools.
Sheri and her husband, Bill, reside in Lewis Center north of Columbus where their three boys attend school and are active in a variety of extracurricular activities. Her oldest son is now in college.
Shannon Bacon, Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper
Shannon was a LEAP mom who experienced excellent results for her children then asked to be part of our dynamic team. Fortunately for all of us, LEAP had a need and Shannon’s attention to detail, organization and behind the scenes support were a perfect fit!
Shannon can be found tracking classes and offering support in addition to managing client accounts.
Shannon’s administrative talents were first used at Cincinnati Fury baseball where she continues to devote time to the organization she was on the ground floor of founding along with her husband, Didi. They are also busy parents of four newly adult children.

Drews joined LEAP part-time in 2014 and continues full-time as a school counselor at a Cincinnati high school. He brings a unique perspective as someone entrenched in schools and the private sector, which greatly benefits LEAP clients.
Drews earned his bachelor’s from University of Cincinnati (1992) and holds two masters: Miami University (2000) and Xavier University (2007); he’s also a member the Ohio Association of College Admissions Counselors (OACAC) and Chi Sigma Lota (national counseling honor society).
