Amy Seeley,
Seeley Test Pros/ LEAP
President & Owner
Amy Seeley, a formally certified and licensed secondary-education teacher, received her degree from John Carroll University. She began her career in test preparation in 1994 with Princeton Review and later became Director of Test Preparation Services at Townsend Learning Centers in Cleveland, OH.
In 2006, Amy founded Seeley Test Pros in Cleveland. Her methods and techniques for navigating the ACT, PSAT, SAT, HSPT, ISEE, and GRE have helped over ten thousand students achieve higher scores, gain admission to selective colleges, receive scholarships, and attain National Merit status.
Amy is the founder and co-host of Tests and the Rest: College Admissions Industry podcast and a co-founder and Board member of the National Test Preparation Association. She holds ACT Instructional Mastery (AIM) status in all five categories and trains ACT educators worldwide. Amy has also presented at national conferences and regularly contributes to the Test Prep Tribe, a closed Facebook group for test prep professionals.
In 2020, Amy graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program. She resides in Rocky River, OH, and is the mother of five children. She offers test prep tutoring and academic coaching in the Greater Cleveland/Akron area and online. Amy continues to work with a select group of students.
In July 2024, Amy acquired LEAP from its founder, Lisa Marker Robbins, with the intention of continuing the legacy of the company in Cincinnati and across Ohio.

Fun Fact: Amy is the mother to high school grads in the Classes of 2008, 2014, 2016, 2023, and eventually 2033 (over 25 years!) and is the grandma to sweet Andy!
Ingrid Latham,
College Advisor
Ingrid has been advising students on the college process since 2004. She enjoys learning about her students’ activities and how those might relate to ideas for majors and careers. Navigating the college process can be more manageable with Ingrid’s assistance in creating timelines for completing each task. In addition to college applications and essays, Ingrid also helps with high school and college course selection, which can be an excellent opportunity for students to explore different interests. Many of her students return for Ingrid’s advice on preparing their LinkedIn profiles and practicing for internship interviews.
Ingrid has a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University, during which time she worked as a math and chemistry tutor. After working in engineering for seven years, Ingrid decided to follow her true calling of helping young adults to fulfill their dreams. Having lived and worked in a variety of settings, Ingrid has an extensive network of former colleagues and students who serve as great connections when her current clients want to learn firsthand information about a college or career.
Originally from Bay Village, OH, Ingrid attended Magnificat High School, where she was a swim team captain, a newspaper editor, and a baton twirler with the St. Edward Marching Eagles. Ingrid’s brother and sister graduated from St. Ignatius and Bay Village High, and their family also lived in Columbus, so she is very familiar with Ohio. Ingrid now lives in Wisconsin, where she enjoys nature, walking her dog, reading, rollerblading, and singing in a local chorus.

Julie Spak,
College Advisor
Since 1985, Julie Spak has been connecting students to their futures in her work as a College Admissions Officer, Financial Aid Officer, and Honors Program Counselor at the University of New Hampshire, where she received her M.Ed. in Counseling and BA in Communication and English. Julie also worked as a School Counselor, so she knows how to help students and families from “both sides of the desk.” She is a Past President of the New Hampshire School Counselors Association and a board member of the National College Advocacy Group (NCAG).
Working as a College/Career Coach & Educational Consultant combines all of her passions of helping students learn about their strengths and finding the best fit college major and institution while keeping finances in mind. Julie’s coaching produces a stand-out college application and also accelerates the career search during college and beyond.
Julie lives in suburban Philadelphia with her husband and two active teen boys, where there is truly never a dull moment!
Fun Fact: Julie is the planner of family adventures, on a mission to visit all 50 states—so far she has checked off 36, thanks to a recent tour through Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, and Nebraska. Next stop: Missouri!

Amy Peters,
Operations Manager
Amy Peter’s role is the backbone of making the LEAP operation run smoothly. She loves systems and is highly organized, solving the puzzle of making a schedule that works for the families or schools we serve as well as fueling the systems. While others view that as a pain, she views it as fun!
She came to us from a role of serving the executive pastor as his executive assistant. Amy lives in Wesley Chapel, Florida, with her husband and two elementary-aged sons.
Fun Fact: In her free time, Amy has a passion for the arts. She has impressive artistic talents and is the lead vocalist in a band!
Jen Shultz,
Client Relationship Manager
Jen Shultz is LEAP’s Client Relationship Manager. She is typically the first LEAP team member a family meets as they engage with us. She's here to help families figure out the LEAP solution to their college-bound overwhelm before turning them over to other team members to fulfill their needs.
Jen is a former teacher who has applied her love and skill for helping others in both education and building a personal business where she grew her team. She came to LEAP first as a client with her oldest of 3, who is a college student. She lives in Maineville, Ohio, with her husband and two additional children who are on the college-bound journey.
Fun Fact: Jen has helped her pre-teen daughter become a paid social influencer on Instagram as she tries to be a positive example to others, yet as Jen says, "No one knows who I am!"
Kayla Lane,
Billing & Admin Associate
Kayla thrives in the role of all things operations, systems, development, and setting things up so the families we serve can have a successful experience. She is an important member of our LEAP team.
Kayla joined us with a strong background in customer service and operations management. As a stay-at-home mom of two young children, she brings a unique perspective and dedication to her work. Kayla is living her best life in Alabama as a wife and mom of two beautiful children.
Fun Fact: Kayla has watched The Office 11 times - no exaggeration!
